2012 Bookings & Pricing
We are now taking bookings for 2012. It is advisable to get in touch early in order to secure your preferred dates. All prices quoted are for 7 nights (Saturday - Saturday) and include free off street car parking, welcome pack on arrival, Sky+ TV, WiFi broadband access with unlimited downloads, all bed linen and towels, all heating and lighting and cleaning of the property on your departure.
2nd January - 3rd March - £500 per week - Good Availability
3rd March - 28th April - £600 per week - Good Availability
28th April - 2nd June - £700 per week - Limited Availability
2nd June - 1st September - £900 per week - Limited Availability
1st September - 27th October - £700 per week - Good Availability
27th October - 22nd December - £500 per week - Good Availability

Celebrate Christmas & New Year in style with a 7 night stay - £900 (5 - 7 guests additional 10% surcharge). Short breaks between Fri 21st Dec and Tue 1st Jan - £150 per night - (minimum 3 night stay)
A surcharge of £100 is payable during the Easter period for the weeks including April 6/7 & 7/8/9 2012.
A surcharge of £50 is payable for weeks including a bank holiday weekend.
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost, with the balance payable in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
• Check in time is 1pm.
• Check out time is 10am.
Short term breaks are available upon request during October through to February subject to availability by prior arrangement.

This must be the ideal location for a stay in Llandudno and the extras you provide that supplement the facilities of the cottage really make it a home from home. There is absolutely no doubt that we shall return next year.
